Since first receiving my real estate license in 1979, I have been actively involved in the real estate business in one way or another. If it has not been buying and selling my own properties, mostly investment oriented transactions, then it has been assisting my clients. I have spent time on all sides of 'the deal' and I feel like I have a true knowledge of the business. Over the past few years I became more intrigued with the 'green or sustainable' facet of the business. It is an emerging field that I feel will dictate and inform how we buy and sell properties in the future. I obtained an Eco Green Certification in 2008 and am currently enrolled in a new degree program, Sustainable Communities.
I have my license in California and Idaho, where I own a second home. Since I am a native born Californian, but lived in Idaho for many years, I love being somewhat versed in two markets.
It is my goal to bring to every transaction a dedicated, creative, effective and enthusiastic approach. It is my livlihood and honestly, about all I do!
