Stephanie Wickham Witt has been listing and selling homes in Marin since 1989. As a 4th generation Mill Valley resident, she has a unique perspective on the area's past and present. While working at Frank Howard Allen Realtors, Stephanie was the overall top producer in Mill Valley, a member of the company's Hall of Fame and the President's Circle of Excellence, and was named the Most Referred Agent by her peers. At Pacific Union she was one of the top 6 agents for 2009, in 2007 Stephanie was ranked among the top 100 Sales-Partners in all Pacific Union, and received the Opus Award for Excellence 2005, when she was the #1 agent for the city of Mill Valley.
Stephanie attended Park School, Edna Maguire, Tamalpais High and Cal State San Jose. Relocating to Hawaii, she owned and operated 5 tennis shops and, with Wimbledon Champion John Newcombe, launched a full service tennis resort and retail store management company. She then spent 6 years in television as a producer for the CBS and NBC affiliates in Honolulu before returning to the Bay Area to work on Evening Magazine. While developing a real estate magazine TV show, Stephanie obtained her real estate license, ultimately becoming one of the most successful agents in Marin County.
An active board member and past President of both the Chamber of Commerce and the Mill Valley Historical Society, Stephanie has supported Mill Valley KIDDO, Mill Valley Little League, Mill Valley Film Festival, the Outdoor Art Club and the Leukemia Lymphoma Society.
