Kathleen joined Morgan Lane in 2007 after a successful 6 year period as a top producer for Frank Howard Allen. There, Kathleen received both “Rookie of the Year” and the “Chairman’s Circle of Excellence” awards in her first year – an achievement never before realized in the 95 year history of the company. Kathleen has consistently been in that top level of production every year she has been selling real estate, and has always been in the top 1% nation-wide. Prior to real estate sales, she was a successful sales and marketing executive and business owner.

Kathleen was born in San Francisco, graduated from U.C. Berkeley, and lives in Mill Valley with her husband and two children. Kathleen’s many years in the Bay Area and her active involvement in the community have afforded her an extensive network – a critical component to a successful real estate agent. Kathleen is involved in The Kiddo! Foundation, benefiting Mill Valley schools, and in leisure time enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, skiing, tennis and exploring the Northern California outdoors and wine country.
