CAROL OLRICH moved to Marin County after graduating from the University of Oregon with a degree in Medical Technology. She quickly realized that her passion did not revolve around a lab and test tubes but more around houses, design and the business world. Subsequent work experience included architectural design, shopping center management, commercial leasing and managing the real estate department of a San Francisco development firm. This led to a full time residential sales career in 1988 in which she has been a multi-million dollar producer every year.
Having lived in several different communities within Marin and raised three boys in the local schools, she has developed a vast knowledge of the nuances and personalities of each town in Marin. Active participation in the design and construction of several homes and the remodeling of many more, has given her hands-on experience and knowledge of single family home construction. This knowledge, combined with years of sales experience makes her a valuable resource to her clients.
Carol believes that good customer relationships are built on mutual respect. She loves the challenge of helping her clients meet their housing goals. This means listening carefully and focusing very clearly on their individual needs. Most of her real estate associations evolve into special friendships – her greatest reward!
