Karen Z. Hardesty has been a top producing agent in Marin County for over 25 years and is a Hall of Fame member at Frank Howard Allen. She began her real estate career in Newport Beach in 1979, and moved to Marin County in 1982 after falling in love with its natural beauty. Prior to real estate, she worked for Walt Disney Productions handling their VIP tours and special events and left to have children, which she considers her finest accomplishment. While her children were small she started her own photography business, and photography continues to be one of her passions.
Throughout her real estate career, Karen has consistently been a top producer. In her own words, “I love real estate because every transaction is different and I continue to learn every day. Most importantly, I am grateful for the wonderful and interesting people it has brought into my life.”
For Karen, it is a source of great satisfaction to represent her clients in the purchase and sale of their home. She takes special care to make certain that her clients know that their needs always come first.
Karen resides in Tiburon, where she is involved in counseling cancer patients from all over the world. She enjoys spending time with her son, daughter and granddaughter and has pursued studies in photography, French and creative writing. In her spare time, Karen can be found reading, writing, traveling, practicing yoga or playing golf.
