With the knowledge gained as a San Francisco resident of more than 20 years and my wealth of experience as a homeowner, landlord and property investor, I provide the informed perspective and hands-on expertise needed to guide my clients in the Bay Area real estate marketplace. A licensed Realtor since 2003 and Broker since 2007, I was one of the original owners of The ClockTower Lofts, putting me at the forefront of one of San Francisco's mose innovative urban developments. I have been a consistent Top Producing agent since joining Pacific Union International in 2005.
An undergraduate of UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business, I practiced as a licensed CPA at Ernst & Young before holding executive level positions that included a stint at an investment advisory firm. Armed with corporate financial acumen, hands-on experience with full-scale remodels and a personal passion for architecture and design, I provide my clients considerable negotiating skills and extensive experience in the evaluation and financing of residential and commercial property. I am a member of the San Francisco Apartment Association and Small Property Owners Association, and also own multiple investment properties in the San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles.
