Born in San Francisco and married to a boy from Berkeley, I am all about local. I have lived in San Francisco continuously since just after the 1989 earthquake and have lived in the Mission, Noe Valley, Duboce Triangle and NOPA. My favorite thing to do is just go for a walk or bike ride and note the tiny differences in things since the last time I passed by. This helps my clients because I know the things that they want to know.
My over-arching goal is simple – to make your life better by helping you make informed choices about real estate that move you in the direction you want to go.
2011 is my tenth year as a full time real estate agent. Before joining Paragon, I was a top producer at B.J. Droubi & Company in 2004 and 2005 and at Paragon in 2009. I actively work with both buyers and sellers. For sellers, I consistently outperform expectations for both time on the market and sale price by providing guidance about what buyers are really looking for, careful property preparation, pricing strategy, stunning and succinct marketing and skillful negotiation. Buyers are the leading edge of the market and I excel at the challenge of reading each and every unique buying opportunity accurately. Even in this challenging market, buyers who hire me are highly successful at obtaining the property of their choice.
Whether working with buyers or sellers, I listen to my clients to become attuned to their needs. I am alert at all times for opportunities and pitfalls and I advise my clients with care to make sure that we are successful and safe in accomplishing their goals.
I have a diverse professional background that includes project and product management in biotechnology, enterprise software and law. I am also a seasoned home remodeler. All this experience gives me a breadth of understanding to anticipate needs and expectations and the experience to solve problems should they arise.
I currently live, with my husband Stefan and our son Elvis, in the Panhandle North neighborhood where we have a purple house and a corner store nearby. My son is currently in elementary school at Claire Lilienthal, an alternative K-8 public school. We have lived in the past in the Mission, Duboce Triangle and Noe Valley and, for just a couple of years, Park Slope, Brooklyn.
