Fixed Rate Properties, Inc. is the brainchild of Founder and Managing Broker Lance R. King. Mr. King has engineered two other successful startups and been in the Real Estate Business for over ten years. A Bay Area resident for over 20 years, he began his Real Estate career as an investor while President of a construction supply company that he founded and later sold. As President of Golden State Land, LLC, he specialized in the acquisition, development, and sales of residential land Statewide, in addition to providing consulting, information, and funding for Client transactions across California.
Having started several companies and been on all ends of the spectrum in Real Estate transactions many times over, he came to believe that the traditional model of home sales was outdated. He founded Fixed Rate Properties, Inc. to offer Homeowners a smarter (and less expensive) way to sell their home, and Buyers the opportunity to receive the best in professional representation as well as financial reward for their choice of Real Estate company. With the combination of experience as Businessman, Buyer, and Seller, he brings a deep understanding of the both the intricacies of Real Estate transactions and the negotiation/sales process, as well as a dedication to providing superior service.
