Perhaps the reason so many accomplished individuals trust Rebecca with their real estate investments is that she truly understands what they want — superior residences that will also deliver a significant return on investment. That means buying wisely and passionately, but also selling skillfully when the time comes. Her results oriented, client-centric focus has placed Rebecca in the Top 1% Producing Realtors in San Francisco.
Through the years, clients have sought Rebecca's business acumen and expertise in real estate. Since 1983, Rebecca has actively invested in and developed numerous San Francisco residential properties, with a focus on adding value while keeping a close eye on the bottom line.
She built her reputation as a fair and ethical negotiator, as well as an innovator in preparing properties to attract the right target market. Consequently, she has consistently achieved significant returns on her and her clients' real estate investments, regardless of market conditions.
One of Rebecca's greatest strengths is her team of specialists — each of whom she has personally vetted and more often than not, worked with on her own projects, including her 2003 green design new construction, personal residence in the Marina.
Whether you need an architect, designer/stager, contractor, lender or simply friendly counsel, Rebecca can offer the experts and the guidance you need to successfully buy or sell San Francisco real estate.
Rebecca's personal service and negotiation skills were honed during her years as president of a boutique retained executive search firm. She placed many well-known senior executives — many of whom later became her real estate clients. Earlier in her career, she enjoyed marketing and sales leadership positions with Fortune 1000 companies. She has carefully guided corporate relocations for many families and has extensive experience in developing compelling win-win offers.
