Fourth generation San Franciscan Pete Brannigan was born and raised in the same Noe Valley home that his father and grandfather owned before him. Pete attended Saint Paul's Grammar School, Saint Ignatius High School, City College of San Francisco and San Francisco State University. In addition, Pete has been buying, selling and remodeling San Francisco real estate since 1971, all of which have given him an intimate knowledge of the City. A Noe Valley-based, licensed real estate agent since 1990, Pete joined Brown & Co in 2007 and has been instrumental in opening the new Brown & Co. satellite office at 4156 24th Street in Noe Valley to serve the neighborhood he knows so well. Still residing in Noe Valley, Pete's eclectic interests include gardening, swing dancing and digital photography. He has also served as a part time instructor of horticulture for College of Marin and City College of San Francisco.
