MISSY - enthusiastic, competitive, and goal oriented - is a graduate of Princeton University where she was captain of a National championship squash team and was a four-time first team All-American. She brings that same exceptional level of performance to her real estate practice.

Missy grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio, where her interest in real estate began. She spent several summers working for a real estate investment company, where she worked on projects ranging from managing the renovation of income properties to creating marketing materials for rental units.
Prior to joining Hill & Co., Missy spent two years abroad teaching English at Chiang Mai University in Thailand and worked for Landor Associates, a brand identity and marketing firm headquartered in San Francisco.
For the last four years, she has served on the Board of a privately held real estate company, which develops and manages historic residential and commercial properties. She remains an active squash player at the San Francisco Bay Club and University Club, and plays in tournaments across the U.S.

Brooke is Missy's 'Behind the Scenes Extraordinaire'. She herself holds a Real Estate Broker license (DRE License # 01347975) and until 2007, was a Broker Associate at Hill & Company Real Estate, running her own successful real estate business. Having left to pursue other interests, Brooke is back in the real estate industry - only this time she is acting as a support person for Missy's business and clients.
Having her license differentiates Brooke from real estate assistants. Brooke is licensed to show property, hold open houses, attend inspections, and be present for appraisals. She also serves as a collaborator with Missy and a business partner who has five years of first-hand experience as an agent.
Brooke's ability to collaborate and have in-depth discussions about negotiation technique, marketing plans, and pricing strategy is an asset when working in the midst of one of the most complex and challenging real estate markets in the world.
