San Francisco, CA Agent
John is proud to be associated with TRI Coldwell Banker, San Francisco’s top residential brokerage office with annual sales volume regularly topping $1 billion. Joining the firm in 2002, he successfully represented his first home buyer within his first three weeks on the job. Since then, he has gone on to sell close to $100 million worth of property in the Bay Area.
A Stanford undergraduate with an MBA from UCLA's Anderson School, John has developed an extensive Buyer/Seller network, as well as in-depth market knowledge. He has vast experience closing transactions in all price ranges and neighborhoods throughout San Francisco, from one-bedroom condominiums in the Marina, lofts South of Market and Noe Valley Tenancies-in-Common, to prestigious single family homes in Pacific and Presidio Heights.
To stay on top of the market and better serve his clients, John initiated, and currently chairs, the “Million Dollar Meeting,” a weekly gathering of TRI’s top agents who meet for a candid review of all recent single family house and condominium sales, as well as to get inside knowledge of pocket listings that may never hit the open market. He is also a member of both 'The Real Estate Breakfast Club" and "Top Agent Network," information sharing networks of top agents throughout the City.
John's market scope is not limited to San Francisco. He also represents buyers and sellers successfully throughout Marin County, the East Bay and Silicon Valley.
Prior to becoming a realtor, John spent 18 successful years in international television & internet marketing, working in Senior Management with CNN/Turner Broadcasting, Walt Disney and Home Box Office. He has lived in London, Tokyo, New York, Los Angeles and Atlanta, and has traveled to more than 35 countries.
