Licenced in 1982 when rates were over 17% I learned how to be creative. Obtained Brokers licence in 1990. I was assistant manager of a 50 person office in Sacramento for 12 years teaching agents.
I moved back to Monterey in 1997 to join my Mother, Marlene, at Shankle Real Estate.
I got involved with the local association of Realtors and have been:
Local Govenment Relations chair for 2 years
Board member for 6 years
Secretary/Treasure 2006
President of the Association in 2008
