“When will Top Agent Network come to the Los Angeles area?” is a frequently heard question here at Top Agent Network. Well, this week we’re excited to launch TWO Los Angeles chapters: Westside LA and San Fernando Valley.

We’re honored that Mauricio Umansky, of The Agency in Beverly Hills, is charter member of our Westside LA chapter.

TAN Membership Director Suzanne Crawford met Mauricio at Inman Connect in New York last January where Mauricio was a featured speaker presenting “Lessons from the High End: Selling Luxury Real Estate.”  Everything he said in his superb presentation told her he’d be a perfect charter member for TAN.

Westside covers the areas of  Bel Air-Holmby Hills, Beverly Hills, Beverly Hills Post Office, Brentwood, Marina Del Rey, Pacific Palisades, Santa Monica, Sunset Strip-Hollywood Hills West, Venice and Westwood-Century City.

We’re also proud to have Jeff Biebuyck and Dana Olmes of Ewing & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty in Calabasas as charter members of our San Fernando Valley chapter.

Jeff and Dana were just featured in Forbes magazine’s recently published list of the most exclusive gated communities in America. Two of these communities, Hidden Hills and The Oaks, are in western foothills of the San Fernando Valley. These communities are sought-after by celebrities and other affluent home buyers because of their privacy and amenities. As Dana said, “Buyers are not only buying a home, they’re buying a lifestyle.”
