In a world where every real estate agent claims to be "top," membership in the prestigious Top Agent Network validates a real estate agent's standing in their local market. Only one in twenty agents is invited to join, based on the agent's ability to meet stringent requirements:

- To become a member, an agent must be in the top 150 agents in their market, based on their past two years of closed MLS home sales.
Top Agent Network scours a complete agent performance database to verify the sales qualification.
- To remain a member, upon renewal the agent must be in the top 250 agents in their market based on their past two years of closed MLS home sales. Members falling below this criteria for two consecutive years will not be renewed.
This provides a cushion for existing members who, otherwise excellent, may take some personal time off or have low anomaly years.
