Membership Criteria
In a world where every real estate agent claims to be "top," membership in the prestigious Top Agent Network validates a real estate agent's standing in his or her local market.
Membership is restricted to top 10% producers, those agents who do the bulk of the business in their geographic region.
By dollar volume of homes sold, on average:
- Top 1% producers are involved in 23% of the sales
- Top 5% producers are involved in 55% of the sales
- Top 10% producers are involved in 75% of the sales

To become a member
To become a member, an agent must be in the top 10% in the designated TAN chapter area (based on past 24-month closed MLS home sales) .
Remaining a member
TAN strives to protect the top-ranked status of our membership while understanding that member agents, otherwise excellent, may take some personal time off or have low anomaly years. We reserve the right to revoke membership of any agent who consistently underperforms relative to his or her peers or does not abide by our Terms of Service or Usage Rules.
