TAN Appoints Membership Director
San Francisco, CA (January 4, 2010) – Top Agent Network (TAN), the premier private online business community for local top real estate agents, announced today that it has appointed Suzanne Crawford to the post of Membership Director. This is a newly created position that will oversee member enrollment and satisfaction in current San Francisco Bay Area markets (San Francisco, Marin and mid-Peninsula) and help drive TAN’s expansion throughout the United States and Canada.
Ms. Crawford, a Novato, California resident, most recently served as Marketing Director of the Marin County Symphony. During her five-year tenure there, she spearheaded programming initiatives that strengthened subscription and single ticket sales by enhancing the relevance of classical music to a broader audience. Of her efforts, San Francisco Classical Voice wrote, “This type of creative programming with multiple media should be considered a model for symphony orchestras all over the country.” Before joining the Symphony, Ms. Crawford worked as a marketing and branding consultant based on her experience with numerous new product launches with clients Procter & Gamble, Richardson-Vicks and General Foods while at New York-based advertising agencies.
“We are thrilled that Suzanne has joined the TAN team,” said David Faudman, Founder and CEO of Top Agent Network, Inc. “She brings just the right combination of skills to build on our momentum. She has experience with the membership model through her work in subscription sales at the Symphony, and she knows about product launches through her work in packaged goods. Her experience in buying and selling several luxury homes also helps her understand the indispensable value offered by a skilled and well-connected real estate agent.”
About Top Agent Network, Inc.
Top Agent Network, Inc. is a private, online forum where the top producers in local real estate markets can exchange information to boost sales, save deals and attract clients. David Faudman, for the past twenty years a top-producing Marin realtor himself, founded Top Agent Network in 1995 as a private email list for Marin County’s premier agents. The company re-launched TAN as private online application in June 2009.
Through this password-protected, online communications system, TAN members exchange insider local real estate information including property listings not on the MLS and service provider referrals. Membership is by invitation only, requires two member recommendations and is capped by market. Only realtors whose past 24-month recorded home sales place them in the top 10% of their local markets may qualify. Currently TAN offers its private web-based services to member agents in the Marin, San Francisco and mid-Peninsula markets and has plans to expand its presence to the other Bay Area and US markets in 2010.
