It’s a thrill to launch a new chapter! We get a lot of satisfaction from knowing we’re going to help a whole new group of agents sell more homes. But there’s a lot involved with a launch, including introducing TAN to area agents and building the network in a local community.

Active TAN Marin member, Katherine Higgins, recently opened a second real estate office in Scottsdale, Arizona. She knows how essential TAN is for realtors in Marin, so she talked to TAN CEO & Founder, David Faudman, and suggested we look into opening a chapter there.

Katherine introduced us to top producers Andrew Bloom and David Van Omen, of RE/MAX Excalibur, who gave us insight into Scottsdale’s unique real estate market. When establishing a new network, we look for visionary, highest top-producing agents to serve as local Charter Members and become early adopters of the network. We are pleased to announce Bloom & Van Omen are Charter Members of our Scottsdale chapter.

While the chapter is very new (just launched within the last 2 weeks), it’s already taken off! Look at the roster. Not bad for two weeks!
